Patricia A. McNamara

Patty McNamara began her career in the masonry restoration industry as an office administrator for a family-run business, Jamison Contractors, in 1992. Her responsibilities were numerous, including office management, sales coordination, client development and relationship management, human resources, benefit administration and more.

In August 2008, Patty formed MARA Restoration, Inc., focused on developing strong relations within the government and general contracting sectors, and with private clients in the Philadelphia area. To aid in this process and provide a valuable added benefit to clientele, she is pursuing a Woman’s Business Enterprise (WBE) certification.

John joined Mara Restoration in August 2009, tasked with developing relationships among general contractors, as well as publicly funded projects.

John brings nearly ten years of construction experience to Mara. He has an Associates Degree in Construction Management Technology and he also received his Journeyman Certification after completing a four-year carpentry apprenticeship. He worked for four years as a foreman on various facilities projects, transitioning from carpentry to masonry restoration and preservation, and eventually moving into estimation and project management.

He has worked on the estimating team for a leading Philadelphia area restoration firm, and counts among his former clients such Philadelphia institutions as Thomas Jefferson Hospital, Temple University, PECO Energy and Strawbridge's, as well as Lockheed Martin, United Plaza Garage and Aria condominiums.
