Mara Restoration Management Team

Patricia A. McNamara

Patty McNamara began her career in the masonry restoration industry as an office administrator for a family-run business, Jamison Contractors, in 1992. Her responsibilities were numerous, including office management, sales coordination, client development and relationship management, human resources, benefit administration and more.

In August 2008, Patty formed MARA Restoration, Inc., focused on developing strong relations within the government and general contracting sectors, and with private clients in the Philadelphia area.

To aid in this process and provide a valuable added benefit to clientele, Mara Restoration is now a WBE Certified business.


Charles Cossman
E S T I M A T O R

Charles Cossman joined the Mara team in mid-2011, boasting over 15 years experience in construction estimating, specializing in the masonry trade.

Familiar with all aspects of the estimating process, from proposal composition and contract negotiation to purchasing and supervision, Charles's trade-centered focus allows him to operate with greater knowledge and flexibility than estimators with less specialized expertise.


Tom Werner
E S T I M A T O R

Tom Werner came on board with Mara Restoration in January of 2012, rounding out and strengthening the existing team with robust experience in engineering, estimating, and construction management. Tom earned a BS in Engineering Technology at Penn State University , and worked for two local structural engineering firms while earning his EIT Certificate. He is now responsible for both project estimation and relationship development with private clients, architects and engineers.


Eugene Rose
F I E L D _ O P E R A T I O N S _ S U P E R V I S O R

Gene has more then thirty years of experience in the masonry restoration and preservation industry. Gene is a graduate of Arch Bishop Ryan High School and attended Drexel University 's engineering program, as well as being a part of the US Naval Reserve Construction Battalion.

Gene began his career as an apprentice, sponsored by Palmer Bros. Brick Pointing., and later earned his journeyman card working for various union companies such as Structural Maintenance, Joseph Dugan and Palmer Waterproofing. After seven successful years of self-employment, handling projects ranging in size from $1,000 to $300,000, he joined the Mara Restoration team as Field Operations Manager.

Gene is responsible for the day to day field operations, ensuring that all work is performed in accordance with industry standards, in the allotted timeframe, and on budget, as well as scheduling field operations personnel. His direct field experience, together with his education and leadership ability enables him to be a versatile member of Mara's management team.
