Working in conjunction with The Kachele Group, Mara was brought in by Versailles Associates to perform a facade inspection in compliance with the recently passed ordinance. To perform the actual, hands-on observation, swing stage scaffolding was required at every elevation. Upon completion of the physical inspection, Philadelphia L&I was provided with a written Facade Inspection Report, stating observations and recommendations, relative to the condition of the Facade, on the client's behalf.
Following completion of the inspection,and submission of the report, Mara Restoration has been further contracted to complete both emergency repairs, as well as face repairs to the building’s entire Southern elevation.
