This project entails the full restoration of a fully-functioning four-story parking garage. Working in conjunction with the county engineer and general contractor, Mara assisted the project team in developing a spec to bring the deteriorated garage back to life for decades. Under a tight schedule, the team closed 50% of the entire parking deck to perform the necessary repairs.
Work includes full-depth concrete replacement (10,000 square feet), selective horizontal and vertical concrete repair, joint sealant replacement, Sika Ferrogard installation (corrosion inhibitor), Sikadur Epoxy Broadcast installation, line striping and parking bumpers.
