Mara Restoration was responsible for the removal of existing sealant, and reinstallation of new sealant, to remedy reoccurring building leaks. When the project commenced it became evident that the building had been recaulked up to four times in its history, and never with removal of the old sealant, which had greatly reduced its efficiency.
