Mara was called in for the repair of a section of damaged quay wall guard rail at the Delaware River Waterfront. After removing the existing rail and granite base units, the existing deteriorated concrete foundation was restored with new high-strength concrete repair mortar. After the concrete fully cured, new dowel reinforcements were installed in the structural epoxy. With precise layout, the railing was successfully placed in its original position.
